Will vist Carlow again, just for Mimosa

If you’re visiting Carlow, go to Mimosa! Can’t rate the place enough. We visited the place on a Friday night, the atmosphere and the setting are just perfect, chilled out and cosy, busy too, but that only added to the atmosphere, we were never neglected. Seemed to have all types there enjoying the place. We couldn’t decide on a wine, so went with a bottle recommended by staff which was gorgeous and well priced. Actually, all the wines are well priced. We had a few Tapas, at €5 per Tapas, then ordered some more through out the evening, so tasty and great quality. Mimosa rivals any Tapas bar in Barcelona.
